You can export your report to common file formats.

1. On the Reports ribbon tab, select one of the tools in the Export group.

   To export to…	Select
   a PDF document
   a Microsoft Office Word document
   a Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet

   The Export Document dialog opens.
2. Select the File path for the resulting file.
3. (Optional) Click More Options to expose advanced options for the selected export file format.
4. Click OK.
